## What to Bring (and What Not to Bring)

Do NOT bring: red wine (stains the deck), glass bottles, spray sunscreen (damages gel coat and surfaces), glitter or confetti, loose helium balloons, or hookahs. Pets are case-by-case — ask in advance.

## Group Size & USCG Rules

- Most private yachts (uninspected vessels) are limited to 12 passengers + crew per USCG regulations.
- The 80' Ferretti accepts up to 13 guests.
- The 45' Catamaran accepts up to 13 guests in private-charter mode; commercial-inspected catamarans can carry up to 40.
- Every human counts as a passenger, including infants and children.
- Life jackets are provided for all guests, including child sizes.

## Seasonal Guidance

- Peak season: November–April (best weather; book 2–4 weeks ahead for weekend sunset slots; 6–8 weeks for December holiday weekends).
- Summer (May–October): warmer water, more afternoon thunderstorms (usually brief); typically 3–7 days lead time. Hurricane season runs June–November but actual sailing impact is rare.
- Sunset times shift roughly 5:30 PM in mid-winter to 8:15 PM in mid-summer — we time the cruise to your local sundown.

2. Get matched with your yacht: we send 2–3 options within ~10 minutes based on group size, budget, and preferences.
3. Secure your date: 50% deposit secures the booking; protected by our weather guarantee.
4. Show up and enjoy: arrive at the marina ~15 minutes before departure, meet your captain, and we handle everything else. Decoration setup window available on request.

## Cancellation Policy

- More than 7 days before charter: full refund of deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee
- 3–7 days before charter: 50% of the deposit refundable; remaining balance applied as credit toward a future booking within 6 months
- Less than 3 days (72 hours) before charter: no refund; full deposit forfeited
- No-show on departure day: no refund; full charter amount charged
- Rescheduling: requests made more than 48 hours in advance accommodated free, subject to availability. Each booking may be rescheduled once and must take place within 90 days of the original date.
- Weather cancellations (unsafe winds, lightning, small-craft advisory): captain's call, typically 2–4 hours before departure. Options are free reschedule or full refund.
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text.
