Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text message.

1. Cancellation Timeline

More than 7 days before charter

Full refund of deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee.

3–7 days before charter

50% of the deposit is refundable. Remaining balance may be applied as credit toward a future booking within 6 months.

Less than 3 days (72 hours) before charter

No refund. The full deposit is forfeited. No booking credits will be issued.

No-show

No refund. Full charter amount is charged.

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the charter is treated as a cancellation.
  • Each booking may be rescheduled only once. Additional changes are treated as cancellations.
  • Rescheduled charters must take place within 90 days of the original date.

3. Weather Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. If we cancel a charter due to unsafe weather conditions (as determined by our captain), you will receive:

  • A full reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost.
  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Weather decisions are made at the sole discretion of the captain, typically 2–4 hours before departure. Light rain or overcast skies may not qualify as unsafe conditions.

4. Mechanical or Operational Issues

In the rare event of a mechanical failure or operational issue that prevents the charter from proceeding, we will offer:

  • An alternative vessel of comparable or greater size (subject to availability).
  • Full rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • A full refund if neither option is acceptable.

5. Early Termination

If a charter is cut short due to guest behavior, safety concerns, or violations of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the charter.

If a charter is cut short due to unforeseen weather changes while on the water, a prorated credit may be issued at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear.
