Corporate yacht charters start at $1,200 for a 4-hour charter (up to 10 guests). Full-day charters (8 hours) start at $2,200. Multi-yacht events for larger groups start at $3,600. All prices include captain, fuel, and amenities. Catering and bar service are available as add-ons.

Can you provide a W-9 and invoice for corporate billing?

Yes — we provide W-9 forms, formal invoicing, and tax receipts for all corporate bookings. We can bill directly to your company, process purchase orders, and accommodate corporate credit cards and wire transfers.

How many people can attend a corporate yacht event?

Individual yachts hold 10-13 guests. For larger corporate groups, we arrange multi-yacht flotillas (14-39 guests) or USCG-inspected commercial vessels (40-100+ guests). We've hosted corporate events for groups of 2 to 200.

Do you offer catering for corporate events?

Yes — we coordinate with premium Miami caterers for everything from breakfast meetings to multi-course dinners. Catering packages start at $50/person. We also accommodate BYOB and bring-your-own-catering.

Can we have a presentation or meeting on the yacht?

The flybridge of our larger yachts (55'+) is an excellent meeting space with seating for 12-13. We can arrange Bluetooth-connected portable speakers for presentations. For full AV setups, our 80' superyacht has dedicated interior meeting space.

Do you carry commercial insurance?

Yes — all vessels carry full commercial marine insurance. We can provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) naming your company as additional insured upon request.
