2. Services Description

Miami Yacht Rental provides private yacht charter and boat rental services in the Miami Beach and South Florida area. Our services include crewed yacht charters with USCG-licensed captains, covering Biscayne Bay, Star Island, and surrounding waters.

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to vessel availability and weather conditions.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts vary by vessel and charter duration.
Full payment is due prior to the charter date unless otherwise arranged.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Quoted prices include the vessel, captain, and standard fuel for the designated route. Additional fuel charges may apply for extended routes.
Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included and is at your discretion (industry standard is 15–20%).
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as communicated during booking.
Sales tax and applicable fees will be added to the total as required by Florida law.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Guest Conduct and Safety

All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
The captain has full authority to make decisions regarding the safety of the vessel and passengers, including altering the route or returning to port.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vessels.
Excessive intoxication that poses a safety risk may result in early termination of the charter without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
Maximum passenger capacity is determined by USCG regulations and must not be exceeded.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

Safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any charter due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

We will offer rescheduling to an alternative date at no additional charge.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Weather-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of the captain.

8. Assumption of Risk

Boating and water activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, injury, sunburn, seasickness, and exposure to marine life. By booking a charter, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver before boarding. Failure to sign may result in denial of boarding without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miami Yacht Rental and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of enjoyment.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a charter shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific charter.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Miami Yacht Rental and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Yacht Rental, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or negligent or wrongful conduct.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal maritime law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless federal admiralty jurisdiction applies.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
